1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1  These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lakibet. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full.

2.2  If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any organisation or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. In such cases, "you" in these Terms refers to both you individually and the entity you represent.

2.3  These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and lakibet.

2.4  lakibet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify registered Members of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

3 Eligibility

3.1  To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on lakibet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the lakibet platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a lakibet employee or associated business partner.

3.2  lakibet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by lakibet may result in suspension of your account and any pending withdrawals.

3.3  Any winnings generated by a Player who is subsequently found to have been ineligible at the time of betting shall be void and forfeited. lakibet shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of the closure of an ineligible account.

4 Account Registration

4.1  To access the full range of lakibet gaming products and services, you must register a Player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update that information promptly whenever it changes.

4.2  Each individual may hold only one registered account on lakibet. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. lakibet will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

4.4  You must notify lakibet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting us at [email protected].

4.5  lakibet implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time lakibet deems appropriate.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1  All financial transactions on the lakibet platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). lakibet supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at lakibet's discretion.

5.2  Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. lakibet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3  The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.4  Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that is:

• Registered in your own legal name as verified against your KYC documentation;
• The same method used to make a deposit to your account, where practicable;
• Active and in good standing with the relevant payment provider.

5.5  lakibet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any verification review.

5.6  Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review prior to withdrawal. lakibet reserves the right to deduct any applicable payment processing fees from withdrawal amounts.

5.7  In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct, lakibet reserves the right to freeze your account balance and withhold any withdrawal pending investigation and, where required, referral to the relevant Philippine authorities.

6 Betting Rules

6.1  All bets placed on the lakibet platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. These rules are published within the relevant game interface or betting section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2  A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the lakibet system. Confirmation of a bet will be indicated by a reference number or on-screen confirmation message. lakibet is not liable for bets that were not properly received or confirmed due to technical failures.

6.3  lakibet reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed in error due to a system malfunction, human error, or manifest mistake in odds or game parameters;
• The bet relates to a market where the result was already known at the time the bet was accepted;
• There is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, manipulation, or corrupt conduct relating to the event on which the bet was placed;
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or the applicable product rules.

6.4  Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change at lakibet's discretion.

6.5  Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player unless an in-play cash-out feature is available and explicitly offered for that market.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1  lakibet may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms published alongside the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution rates.

7.2  Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account balance. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement associated with that bonus has been satisfied.

7.3  Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only. lakibet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to disqualify any Player suspected of abusing promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or other methods designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gaming intent.

7.4  Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses are available to one account per household address, IP address, payment method, and device.

7.5  Any bonus credited as a result of a technical error, system glitch, or breach of these Terms shall be void and may be deducted from your account balance, including any winnings generated from such bonus funds.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.2  lakibet provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard:

8.4  lakibet reserves the right to impose additional restrictions on any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling, acting in a manner inconsistent with responsible gaming, or where a Player's continued access to the Platform may not be in their best interest.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lakibet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting any technical error, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform's software or odds systems;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, or otherwise act in concert to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or wagering on events whose outcome you have corruptly influenced;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained through fraudulent means;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1  All content on the lakibet Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, brand assets, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of lakibet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2  Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

10.3  You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform. Any unauthorised use of lakibet's intellectual property will be pursued vigorously under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lakibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2  lakibet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond lakibet's control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

11.3  In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, lakibet's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11.4  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit lakibet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1  lakibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes;
• Continuing to operate the account would expose lakibet or other Players to legal, financial, or reputational risk;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed lakibet to do so.

12.2  You may close your account at any time by contacting lakibet support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding wagering requirements and applicable fees will be returned to your verified payment method.

12.3  Upon termination of your account for any reason, any accrued but unwithdrawn Bonus Funds shall be immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

13 Privacy & Data

13.1  Your privacy is important to lakibet. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13.2  By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the personalisation of your gaming experience.

13.3  lakibet may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent Philippine authorities in compliance with applicable law. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of your privacy rights under these Terms.

14 Disputes

14.1  If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your lakibet account or a specific bet or game outcome, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. lakibet will endeavour to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 calendar days of receipt.

14.2  In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it shall be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

14.3  The outcome of any game or bet as recorded by lakibet's system logs shall be treated as conclusive evidence in the event of any dispute regarding the outcome, unless there is clear and verifiable evidence of a system error.

14.4  Claims submitted more than 30 calendar days after the date of the disputed event or transaction will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

15 Governing Law

15.1  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.2  lakibet operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as limiting or excluding any rights or obligations imposed by applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

16 Amendments

16.1  lakibet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with an updated effective date.

16.2  For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player, lakibet will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' notice via the email address registered to your account prior to the changes taking effect.

16.3  Your continued use of the lakibet Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
